The Basic Defensive Handgun Course introduces students to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely for defensive purposes. Through this course you will learn about pistol parts and operation, types of ammunition, firearm safety, pistol shooting fundamentals and more.

You will also get the opportunity to fire nine different commonly sold firearms and three different caliber types.

The goal of the class is to help you feel comfortable in making an educated choice when purchasing your new firearm for defense.
